Thanks for you answer. I have tried the bike but it seems like it makes my legs weaker. I will try my stationary bike this morning.

I get stretched 2 to 3x weekly, which seems to help, and I take an anticholinergic, like Claritin,
which helps. I also take magnesium tablets when I go to sleep. Theroguard, which is atopical magnesium recommended for muscle cramping, has helped.
Let me know if any of those things help,

I have terrible stiffness in both legs especially when I get up. I go to physical therapy which helps and I have a cardio bike that sits on the floor in front of my couch that I can just pedal and that helps in lots of areas of concern
