Yes, I do as well. Post nasal drip constantly and a burning sensation in my mouth and tongue. Ice cream offers temp relief. 🙃

I do too. Especially in the morning. It goes away most days. I don’t do anything.

Yes I do. It's horrible right now with all the wild fires burning. I'm stuck inside right now as I can't breathe well.
