I googled hair loss with dopamine agonists. From what I read only two cases of baldness have been reported with Pramipexole and only a few cases of hair loss or baldness have been described in relation to dopamine agonists like sinemet.

I have had a similar issue due to meds. My salon suggested Nioxogin (sp?)which is a 3 step hair restoration treatment. I saw results within 3 weeks. Now my hair is thick and full. It is available on Amazon. I only use it once every 3 weeks and use my usual shampoo in between. Well worth trying!

You might try a scalp-stimulating shampoo and wash your hair only 1-2 times weekly. I also stay away from conditioners....they clog the hair follicle.
