I drink just one cup of coffee first thing. Then, an hour after my meds, i eat a bowl of cheerios with sliced almonds, a few(!) craisins, fresh blueberries and almond milk. Yum!

It's pretty much nothing processed by man he also recommended that I stay away from meat if possible I try.

I do not eat a lot of meat. No reason. I used to drink a ton of coffee. Now I have a cup once in a while. I do like the Frappuccino at Starbucks however a couple times a week. It makes me happy. I do Almond milk and some cereal too, once in a while. I think my favorite is cooked oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon. I have been doing frozen fruit smoothies, but they really do not taste that good unless I use coconut water and a sweetener.

How do you stay away from meats? I love beef! I have been having a lot of indigestion and heartburn. Maybe I need to at least cut back on the meat and coffee. ☹️ Are you a coffee drinker Denise? I do like Almond milk and Cheerios with or w/o Almond milk. It's a good snack. Kay-🙃

I stay away from meats also . I do eat fish and seafood. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Almond milk in my cheerios.
I can tell a marked difference. Good luck😊
