Tremors any movement you can not control.

Off periods are just that....off! when your brain and body won't cooperate.
you feel sluggish and hurt more

"Off periods" with PD is when you do not respond to medication or when you have a lack of dopamine in your system which can result in symptoms of PD to appear.

Dizzy/lightheaded, stiff. My lower back pain is every day. Extra Strength Tylenol eases the pain so I don't know if that's "off period" or not?
