Why Can’t I Get Enough Sleep?
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have trouble sleeping. I only get approximately 3-4 hours sleep per night. Help!

Sleep issues are a part of the PD gifts too. A good night for me is 4 hours. My last bad stretch was up 3 days straight last week. I take Olly sleep gummies and they are good options for me. My biggest issue is my mind won't shut down for me to sleep. Those nights the gummies won't work as it seems I am working against them. My sleep specialist for my BIPAP machine told me these are fine for me to take, and I feel they do help.

I feel you, girl. My Dr put me on melatonin. It's hit or miss. Lack of sleep is just another draw back of PD.

Getting no sleep was probably my first issue and I know how you feel! CBD has been a miracle for me. I do also take a break from that and do melatonin as well
