Hi sweet Dawn! Yes, I do all the healthy sleep stuff. I did notice that my BP taken closer to sleep time has helped me the last 2 nights. Thank you, Jesus!
Hey Lady 👋 this sounds horrible 😢 do you practice clean sleep routines? I only ask cause it's been a big topic in a lot of groups .... clean sleep routines mean: obviously nutrition issues, spicy caffenated and or heavy treats or drinks too close to bedtime; unplug the brain, no political social and or emotional content, especially on bright screens and fast paced music; scents, colors and relaxing vibes ... as for the pain; have you tried hot/cold therapy, any sleep aids? The all-over sickness, could it be allergies because benadryl would alleviate most of your issues ... and yes the pain, benadryl relieves a lot of painful inflammation type pains ... it is a mainstay for me on many levels!!! Oh and, if you're on sinemet ask your neurologist for extended release sinemet for night, it makes a world of difference!!! These are just my thoughts of course and I pray you find answers 🙏 (((HUGS)))
