My doctor said I could take 2 Tylenol PM to sleep .they work great and I sleep 8-9 hours. I take them 2 hours before I want to sleep.

Therr is no magic
11 before sleep don’t look sat brigh objects
2 try to take medicine which causes drowsy at bedtime
3. I took 2 tab of Gabapentin
4, take a long action levodopa
5, Robinal - antiperspirant
6. Enchanted music

Every couple of hours now..it just started about a week ago. That's on the nights I can go to bed and not up All night.
Forget what a good night's sleep, every night is like.

i take ibuprofen. one at bedtime and do deep breathing count 4 breaths in and then hold for the count of 4 then exhale to the count of 4 then repeat if necessary. works every time🙃 Hugs Rosie

Heating pad on low helps my back problems and sometimes sleep. Taking an extra strength Tylenol sometimes help right when I get in bed.
