Palpitation and heart racing in early evening, from six until 10 or bedtime ….. c very fatigued and tired but do not have heart issues early in day !
It turns out that what I thought was heart issues was actually internal tremors!
Through lots of med adjustment and some alternative supplements I rarely have this sensation anymore!
Merry2; yes I have had heart racing and palpitations. Not often, and I don’t get fatigued by them, but have had them. I spoke to my doctor about it and was sent to a cardiologist. I had a stress test and 14 days with heart monitor. He found that I have a-fib, and I’m on meds for it. No problems with meds . See the cardiologist once a year.

the internal tremors were so bad, I thought I was having a seizure….that is when my husband was struggling through leukemia treatments. Recently I have relied more on my faith.
I have a psychiatrist that gave me buspar that does help some but my neurologist does not want me to take valium, xanax or anything like that!
Internal tremors are the worst. Stress can cause this. See if your Neurologist can give you something to calm you down.
