My husband takes carbidoba/levodopa 2 25-100 three times a day Rasagiline messlyte 1 mg once a day and Midodrine 5 mg twice a day. Wonder if there is a time release capsule. He takes it at 7:30 am, 12;00pm and 6:00 pm. Has terrible insomnia and break thru tremors. He does have an appointment next week. Looking for ideas we can ask about

Your husband's dosage was too strong for me so we went to 1 1/2 c/l four times a day, evenly spaced @: 10-4-10-4. This has worked much, much better, especially the 4PM & 10PM doses actually promote sleep. Seven thirty was too early for me to be getting up to take pills, then another dose in 4 1/2 hours followed by a five hour and finally 13 1/2 hours before the morning dose. I'm not a doctor but that doesn't really compute. My physical therapist also recommended taking two Tylenol PM (blue tabs) at bedtime. Her recommendation has me getting ten hours of sleep/night, with bathroom breaks, especially for the 4 AM dose. No side effects in three years.

Just wanted to update you and thank you, the dosage times seem to help. We were also given an extended release to try, but have not started that at bedtime because your suggestion seems to have helped him
