I read about prandialnhypotension and it sounds like you need a change in your medication.

I sometimes I get hot when I go to bed, no joking but my son suggested some interesting he said why don't you try some cold fruit like watermelon, he said you need to cook your insides down..I have not
tried it yet as I have not had a reason but I thought it was interesting.
My son is smart.

Thanks, for me, it starts with hot flashes, polpitaion, rapid heart then sweat g, mentally, foggy brain, in this photograph bincaptured,, post prandialnhypotension, by fell below 100, it was 110 before eating. The problem is my doctor label a dose failure, don’t do. Anything!

I would sugest maybe cutting back on the tiny blood red chili's, curey, and other spices. It worked for me. But now I no longer enjoy eating. So there's that. No to the laying down after eating. I am not a doctor, but that has to be incorrect. unless I'm wrong. Find it, eliminate it, and check it off your list. Best wishes.
