my first indication that something was wrong with me was when I came out of anesthetic after a minor day surgery. my left foot tremored. lately it has been all day on left foot, right hand and left hand. eleven months after surgery, I was diagnosed with PD. what are others doing to stop or control tremors?

The Gold standard for tremors is Carbidopa/Levidopa.

Not being able to take the Levo/carbo combo, Clonazepam works for me, but exercise and Levi/carbo are a great combination.

I don’t like to depend too much on the meds for tremors, excercise helps as well as CBD
