I take 750 mg of CBD gummy every night it seems help me sleep.

This works for me. Small dose of melatonin followed by 1/10 gummy. Not much but works for me.

I’ve had insomnia for years. Just thought it was stress induced (mostly was). I’m also Bipolar and that’s part of it. I’m taking Melatonin, I’m not sure of taking anything else. Melatonin seems to help.
