I used to ride my bicycles for recreation and felt good. I have lost my balance so I am looking at ststionary bicycling.

A stationary recumbent bike is the only significant PT exercise I’m allowed to do because of instability, but I find it quite enjoyable, especially with all the places I can go in my imagination.

Thank you! Maybe that would get me on my feet again. Right now no one will do the Big program with me. They are hoping I can maintain-a pretty low bar when you’re at 38 out of 100.
