I took SInemet for a few months. I have early-stage PD (dx 2 years ago) so it didn't have a dramatic effect. Side effects were agitation and more trouble sleeping. So now I'm taking a break. I move a bit slower and stiffer, but I feel better mentally.

I've been on them since last November and they've helped my balance issues. But at first they made me extremely nauseated to the point that my doctor prescribed me an extra carbodopa that I take with the c/l. Other than that, I don't have any adverse side effects.
