Do other people with pd have extremely bad ✋ my fingers are all twisted and so painful

I can hardly use my right hand i have had pd for 15 yrs and am on duodopa pump during day n medication of night I use a can n have walking aids wheelchair for long walks

Did your hands ever cramp? My hands cramp and freeze up at times. It hurts really bad. Kathy
