I have recently developed some significant balance issues. Do any of you have a favorite tennis shoe brand you would recommend for walking? Thanks.

I have found “approach shoes” to be a gift from heaven. Approach shoes are used by mountain climbers and hikers. In the States, they can be found online and at outdoor specialty stores like REI. I especially like the brand Salewa.

I like wearing a lightweight shoe. And one that goes on easy. I bought a pair of Kiziks that are nice but very pricey.

I like anything that is top-of-the-line running shoes. Make sure you don't get the ones that are not flat on the bottom. This picture is of a shoe that would be Bad for PD
