I purchased a helmet/hat from Ribcap' I liked the Billie design

So far no assisted device for walking but no more high heels more “grippy” shoes and tennis shoes w/grooved bottoms

I have to use a wheeled walker with a seat/enclosed basket and good brakes. It gives me a place to sit when needed to wait for something. I feel secure when I am at the toilet getting up.

Do you use a walker or a cane yet? Also wear shoes that are more “grippy”
