Yes I do I have had it for years.
Dr. Gave me Gavinson it does 😣 help.
Ask your Dr about it.
Mine is worse at night.

Yes. But I also have the tingling and numbness in my lower and upper lips. Once numbness on my right cheek a minute or so. Left cheek 20 minutes. Neurologist ordered brain MRI and EEG. Thought I was having seizures. Both negative. Hands go numb often but need Carpal tunnel surgery.

Thank you so much for your help in this. I have looked at the youtube and i'm going to try and do the exercises. This was a terrible way to travel and hope that this will help. Again thank you thank you.
