I have heard that many people use vitamins that Are specific to Parkinson’s. I have heard something about turmeric and we’re wondering if there were any more vitamins you could suggest. Thank you for your help.

The Dr. at Johns Hopkins that diagnosed my husband had a full blood panel done and said he was low in magnesium and vitamin D. He takes those and CoQ10 which is for heart and nerves and that your body production declines in your 30s-40 s.

B-1. Talk to your doctor first. There is a book about B-1. I also take Vitamin D

I take CoQ10, Vitamin d selenium cranberry fish oil vitamin e hair and nail vitamin apple cider vinegar vitamin.and vitamin c and women's multivitamin over 50 plus.
