How to speed up the absorption period of Levadopa after food
Do not take your meds less than 1/2 after or 1 hour before I eating protein.
I have heard of drinking ginger ale after crushing the pill and then drinking the soda.
I would like to know this also.

Protein interferes with your bodies ability to absorb Carbidopa/Levadopa. Therefore you should not eat protein an hour before or an hour after taking your medicine.
Best and most effective time to get the most out of cl tabs?
I take sinemet (levodopa/carbidopa) three times per day WITH a meal.
When can protein be consumed? I’ve read/heard 1 hour before or after CL dose, and I’ve also heard that it should be 2 hours after CL dose.
