Why are Pwp's taking medicine/vitamins etc. without asking their doctor or at least by researching the side-effects etc.? How would you feel if one of your team members had a 'life threatening reaction' to your recommendation?

And a 'word of warning' DO NOT recommend anything to our members. Drugs and method can affect others differently. Besides this site is a social network NOT a medical recommendation network.

ALWAYS check with your Neurologist before making any change in medication etc.

Low dose thiamine does nothing. High dose thiamine can be a miracle, until it’s not. I had a really bad reaction to it at 1500 mg. Then I found this article:

So I've read. We're trying it now for 1 month with no noticeable change. Remaining hopeful.

The 2nd thing my neurologist did after my diagnosis was to give me a list of vitamins and minerals to take along with a multivitamin.
