My wife exhibits at times, as being 34 and5 PD. Says horrible things, then has has no memory of it. I am confused. Her daughters always have believed her so I really don't have a say.
My husband is Parkinson with dementia. He is always name calling to me. Telling me stupid, telling me to shut up. This is part of dementia and the Parkinson. This is very difficult to put up with. I have found strength to deal with. Robert tries to have the patient's. I will pray for you and your wife.
One of the lesser know symptoms of Parkinson’s is angry outburst. You stated it correctly, “We just go off”.
During one of these tirades I can hear what I’m saying, but I have no control of it.
Here’s a link that describes part of what I’m talking about. You’ll recognize a lot of this:

Last MRI said 30 % loss of brain function.
Thanks Susan, yes I really know her and trying because I know the real her.
Sometimes we have rage and it comes out in not so nice ways. I have learned the fine art of apologizing right when I realize how how bitchy I was. Sometimes we don’t realize what we say and how it comes out or how people take it. You know your wife if it is becoming a real concern call her doctor and talk them.
Blessings
