It is getting hard to use my keypad. my fingers don't bend. How can i loosen them up? I use voice to text when i can but there apps that don't work with mic.
Walmart in the children’s toys area. If unable to find ask for Play Doh from a sales person.
Get some play Dohand use your hands to squeeze is it like bread dough and loosen up your entire hands . That’s what my sister has me do and since DHHS is a certified OT who just retired I comply
I use the hand warmers you can by in small packages at Walmart. They are a one time use and not expensive. I have RA and it helps with stiffness.
Here I go again - I'll Google it - per https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatme...
"Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. It exposes you to low levels of red or near-infrared light. Infrared light is a type of energy your eyes can’t see, but your body can feel as heat. Red light is similar to infrared, but you can see it.
Red light therapy is also called low-level laser therapy (LLLT), low-power laser therapy (LPLT), and photobiomodulation (PBM).
"How Does Red Light Therapy Work?
With red light therapy, you expose your skin to a lamp, device, or laser with a red light. A part of your cells called mitochondria, sometimes called the “power generators” of your cells, soak it up and make more energy. Some "experts think this helps cells repair themselves and become healthier. This spurs healing in skin and muscle tissue."
Red light acts as an anti inflammatory. I first learned about red light laser therapyfrom my chiropractor. After 6 sessions treating my knee injury (hurt it caregiving my bedridden mother months ago) I was pain free. I tried steroids first a couple months before and had no relief. Anyway, I went in to see my doctor a few weeks after the red laser therapy because I got into some poison Ivy and he told me his father also was helped with the same treatment as I had. The doctor also said that his father bought from Amazon a red light device that help him from them on. So when the red light penetrate the layers of skin, it gets into the tendons and ligaments and bone and actually calms down the inflammation. For maintenance note I use mine as needed singularly. But if I needed I could use it all day long with no bad effects. It’s light. The lazer therapy the chiropractor used was more intense I’m sure and I won’t pretend to understand how to use that personally. But it worked on me and my unit works for me every time. My mother getsrelief from it whenI use it on her hands for arthritis pain. My husband thought I was crazy delusional but now he even used it on our dog. Sorry to take so long responding I’ve been tied up with mom🥰
