I learned at a young age to play cribbage with my parents and siblings. I have been teaching my wife with a phone app, and soon she will be able to play a real game with me. She is excited to learn and can't wait to "take me on".

I used to play cribbage with my mother. We had a lot of fun with it. I have a board but Jim isn't into it so we never play. Crossword puzzles or sudoku puzzles can help with mental challenges.

If you want to improve physical dexterity, ping pong is a good one for PD as it helps improve balance as well. Pickle ball if you have access to a court. Knitting or coloring can help with manual dexterity. Typing too. Or playing an instrument.

It’s really about improving your brain. I play at least one game of
Solitaire a day to assess where I am in the stupid mistake department.

Here’s a list of brain games you can play to keep you sharp they also help with dexterity. Don’t expect miracles with dexterity. Parkinson’s is doing everything in its power to take that away.
