Members responded to a post about a Parkinson's Foundation and AbbVie symptom tracking tool, with many sharing that they hadn't heard of it but were eager to explore it for their own care. Several members helped troubleshoot a broken link by finding and sharing a working PDF version of the symptom diary, and one member also recommended the StrivePD app paired with an Apple Watch for digital symptom tracking. A recurring theme was gratitude for shared resources and a strong community spirit of learning together to better communicate symptoms with healthcare teams.

Thanks for sharing the great idea Renee. I am an old school girl even though I spent a lot of time developing medical grade software. It must be an 'old dog' thing. My daughter will be thrilled if I add the Apple watch and related software to my holiday wish list.

I use an PD app called StrivePD that, with an Apple Watch, tracks PD symptoms and allows you to create a picture past & predictive. It is a great app that can be part of keeping track of your symptoms and provides great info to share with your PD support team. You can get it on the Apple Store. Also, Apple now has a Parkinson’s tracking feature that is pretty insightful and helps to put a full picture together to use in treating your symptoms. I’ve had it for a year now and think it’s finally ready for prime time.
