Just wondering if anyone else has a bloating and gas problem not long after you eat something. Everything my husband eats not long after he has these issues.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member Burton Thank you for sharing the article on bloating and constipation/diarrhea. I am beginning a series of tests to determine what may help an ongoing issue I have had for quite some time with no solution. I will be seeing a specialist in this area tomorrow so the timing couldn’t have been better. Gives me lots of questions and information.

I did but found out by only drinking water or coffee has helped. No true solution!

For a while I was dealing with bloating and gas issues throughout the day, and extra fatigue. I eventually identified gluten sensitivity as the problem. I stopped gluten and there was immediate improvement. Soon I identified lactose intolerance as another problem. I try to eat healthy and like eating fruit. I ate a few servings of fruit each day. Turns out that some fruit such as grapes, apples, and blackberries have high amounts of fructose. So now I realize that I am fructose intolerant too, My bloating and gas has improved a bit again. I read that if u have one of these intolerances that u are more likely to have the others. Best way to test is to stop eating problem foods for a few days to see if u improve.

I found out I have to be careful about what I eat. Try to keep a little journal on what he’s eating and see if you can control it that way.
