My gastroenterologist doesn’t seem to think that they do much and would rather I help my gut with natural foods, etc. Right now I am willing to try anything!

Well, I took a probiotic with a prebiotic last night and once today. I was successful!
Hope this is not a fluke. Fingers crossed.

I have tried multiple brands and types of probiotics. I have utilized them for extended periods of well over a year and a half. As far as I can tell, they neither helped, not hurt. I no longer place any faith in the usage of a probiotic supplement. I no longer buy my yogurt based on the fact it says it has probiotic in it.

I have always taken probiotics on and off for years. I recently added kombucha to my regimen,.. I believe that if you are taking a few probiotics in the morning, that at least for me it seems to keep my tummy and me happier!! I also thing the key is taking a good probiotic, the kind that needs to be refrigerated.
