Sit down safely and and as straight and tall as you can, do the following only if it doesn't cause you pain. Rice Crispy sounds are ok. Aim for repeating each stretch 5x's on each side and at least once per day, everyday

MountainWoman and Theo, you are such great warriors! I'm thrilled you found something that is safe and possible for you. You know exercise doesn't have to be hard or even athletic, it just has to be movement of some kind that doesn't hurt. This little guy in the gif get's the idea, lol! Please keep it up, you are my heroes!!! Theo, let me know what music you choose please. My go to is anything played/sung by The Eagles.
Music makes everything better, just like chocolate, lol.

I have done these two days now and they are wonderful. Being basically bedridden I welcome anything I can do safely from the side of my bed. This will become part of my routine as I fight the stiffness being sedentary brings. I am trying to find music to set it to even if it’s just me singing or
humming. Thanks for all you offer us.

Greg, my neck, shoulders,wrists and ankles pop frequently. I think the only reason my knees and hops don't pop is because they have been replaced. I think I could come out of retirement and get rich as a sound effect some days. Seriously, those stretching moves help me so much I just have to encourage you to give it a real try.

hi Maria, my wife Linda and i have been in a chair yoga program here in our building for the past two years and guess what, these are the exercises we do five days a week in our community room. it is great, and Linda feels so much better when she does this. thanks for telling every one about this. hope all is well, take care. 😀🦋💐
