It can affect the lymphatic system which can be a problem on its own or part of something else. In sist your doctor look at it. My doctor kept telling me it was nothing; he was wrong. But the wait cost me. With PD you just don’t know without seeing a good movement disorder specialist and then….,

You will have to talk to your doctor. Having PD is very complicated

If your leg is swelling on one side only, one should have to rule out a DVT

Good question Sandra. You should check with you doc but while you wait for an answer, do what you can to move your legs more. While sitting safely you can march or do some heel toe movements. The swelling could be due to a lot of things but since PD often reduces movement swelling could happen.
