I was wondering does anyone suffer from excruciating foot cramps? If so, do you have any suggestions for alleviating the pain?

My neurologist performed a nerve conductance test about two years ago and found that I have severe neuropathy in all four limbs. He prescribed Lyrica 150 mg twice a day and it helps control the tingling, cramps and pain.

Yes I get on the ground and relax and wait for the cramp to stop. It hurts pretty bad....There is a song The Bendy Toes Blues a funny gal with PD put on utube. It is great and she is precious:)

Magnesium may help. Get tested to see if you are deficient.

Occasionally I do have nasty foot cramps. I can simply be sitting, doing nothing, when my foot goes crazy. Have yet to find a remedy.
