Sometimes when I take Sinemet it does the opposite of what it's supposed to do - it aggravates my symptoms. Has this happened to you?

I am super careful to take it either 30 minutes before eating or 60 minutes after. What does this all mean?

Yes, it works better if you face south. If you face toward North you may find it has the opposite effect. I hope you found this useful . 😄

Be careful. I heard that inconsistent taking of carbidopa can cause Dyskensia.
