one thing that might help is soaking the feet in warm water with epsom salts plus I have also seen a lavender epsom salt mix

Struggling with this myself right now. It's the awful muscle tension in my arms and legs that keeps me awake....when I lie down I can't relax...even if I rest my hands on my chest, my biceps tense up so that I end up holding my hands above my chest...legs similarly tend to "rise up" or at least feel like they want to.

Tried Baclofen, Ropinirole, Opicapone without success (most cause more rigidity in different places).

Mg Glycinate didn't seem to do much. Mg Threonate on the list to try.

Currently trying Entacapone, too early to judge success. Also CBD oil (two versions, one near zero THC, plus another with some THC content. The latter didn't seem to do much for me so I stopped it last week).

Wow! I took have that awful tension in my legs mainly.. so tired but can't find right position to sleep. Let me know if you find thé answer. It is getting worse.
