This is fairly new to me. In the past two or three months the lack of energy and fatigue has really hit me. I’m an artist and I don’t even want to paint. I can do a little work around the house and then need to rest. Maybe I’m just being lazy but I feel so guilty that I’m not doing my share.

You're not the only one and your not lazy. I'm 43 and went from being a tuff work horse to not being able to do much without tiring out and needing a rest. Some days are better than others. And if I don't take a rest I get very irritable. Before PD I was very mellow and hard to make mad.

much of an appetite either, and have to force myself to eat at times. No motivation today. I slept 10 hours last night, and after taking my C/ L I am sleepy and could take nap. I just don't feel like doing anything.

I'm always tired. Even after a great night of sleep.
