Before PD I might have woken at 1am and felt hungry and just gone back to sleep but now with PD advancing it is as though my digestive system is telling me I am extremely hungry and I have to get a small snack if any hope of falling back asleep again. Any one else?

I feel starved almost all the time. I'm always looking for snacks.
Once I started on the combo of Rasagiline, Pamiprexole and Carbo-dopa levodopa, I packed on almost 30 lbs! My neuro says this is common. I also wake about 3 am starving, have a piece of toast or a few crackers then go back to bed .
When I wake again at 5, or 6 am I’m starving again. I also take insulin for type 2 diabetes.
