Lots of fatigue with PD...not a lot you can do about it...one thing I found...get up early and stay up...!! All of the times when I have gone back to bed forget it...I am ruined for the rest of the day...!!

Me, too. I actually get up at 7:00for my Linzess, then have a half hour before I can eat and take the rest of my meds....so I take a nap on the couch. I'm also paccking to move, so I also take plenty of recovery naps to get through the day. Before PD I used to sleep for about 11 hours every night. I still feel sleep deprived!!

I'm posting for my husband. He'd had PD for 5 years now. He takes meds for it 3 pills 3 times a day. It helps but notice his legs freezes up when he is just about to sit down. We will have to talk to the doctor about that issue. Yes and he sleeps alot during the day watching tv. Seems like he has lost weight. We have 3 light meals each day. I have him drink protein drinks just so he has protein. We have alot of fruit and veg also. Its a slow disease that you just have to deal the best you can.

I do a lot of Just Resting during the day, too. My home health aide insists that I've been sleeping soundly, but it's really, dozing off now and then with a lot of closed-eyes wishful thinking (that I could actually sleep).Mostof the time I'm trying to keep my feet warm....they get so cold that they actually hurt.
