I have learned to take things off my plate and distribute them so I only have what I call one or two big things to accomplish each day. Giving myself time to rest and relax as needed. Stress is the enemy so I try to not put any undo stress upon myself. If I get more accomplished that’s great and I usually feel really good about that.
