Donna, I haven't been here for a while but I've not been feeling well. I have another lung cancer scare and I won't have an answer until March 28th. It's so hard waiting for an answer.
As for you Donna, we talked about this. I think it's time for you to approach your doctor, your nurse, and even the Parkinson's foundation and start looking into assisted living, perhaps Even a nursing home. There is much help for you out there. I myself don't really like the idea of a nursing home, but someday I may need one as well.
If you have no one to take care of you at home, a nursing home may be you're only option. You will be in a safe place, all your meals cooked for you, your meds will be given on time, and you will make friends there to talk to. I really think you should seriously consider this Donna. It seems much better than what you have now. Greg
Donna I think we all worry if we have no children & if our spouse dies what will happen to us. The thought of assisted living ( if you have the money) is not as scary, but we are afraid we will have to go to a nursing home. As the others have said all your needs will be taken care of & you can make friends & eat balanced meals prepared for you & a doctor will come to you. It may not be what we want, but under some situations it may be what we need. This is not easy to consider, but if there are no other options it might be our last option. I wish I had better suggestions but I don’t. Hiring a full time caretaker is very costly. Remember God will be with you wherever you go & he will help you to adjust wherever that is. Love & Prayers

Donna... I'm sure you read all the replies to your question. Have you at least thought about the assisted living or nursing home options. Speak to me Donna. What's up?
Now I know for sure: I really want to get into heaven. What about you Phil?
