I got my husband the regular underwear that are padded and super absorbent and can be washed over 100 plus times. We have ones for night that are more padded and boxer briefs for days. You cannot tell he is wearing under his jeans, sweats or regular pants. I bought them off of Amazon and they really help keep his skin dry and bed etc.

I know it may sound crazy,I don't know the best ,but I heard Depends was good,also try putting a woman's inconvenience pad in the pull up,it will absorb extra liquid! Good luck and God Bless!!!!
