The Friday after Valintine's Day J. ended up in the hospital. He was in a rehab
Hospital for 2 weeks. He really got a work-out. 4 hours a day of exercise
and speech classes. ( stretched out over the whole day) This hospital is new
and we were taught a lot about J getting stronger. They sure do not like
lift-chairs!!! I sure wish I would have had this training two years ago. I wish we would have been exposed to this sooner. J. also suffers with RLS. He manages

I believe you are saying that your husband has allowed himself to become deconditioned. It’s very easy to do when you have Parkinson’s. It’s also the worst thing you can do.

I allowed to happen to me, and I was in quite bad shape. Rock Steady Boxing was
Recommended to me, so I went. I started with PT. Then I went on to RSB. It was transformational.

Therefore, I recommend this for your husband.

Check out Parkinsons Place out of Saratoga FL for online Rock Steady Boxing a few times a week. It is a great workout and FREE although I will give periodic donations.

My husband has been doing RSB since he was diagnosed, I highly recommend it!
