There are nights when my legs will not stop jumping or are tingling and burning and on those nights i will take Gabapentin 300mg (initially prescribed to help me sleep - not effective) and it is helpful.

My husband takes it for nerve pain. It doesn't seem to affect his bradykinesia. The doctor recently increased the dosage of his c/l to address that. I'm not sure whether it's helping or not.
