Is hoarseness and clearing of the throat symptoms of PD?

I have the same problem. I think it is because of Parkinson's. I never had it before! I lose my voice and have hoarseness. After I eat or drink anything even water. Talking for very long I lose my voice completely.

I would answer the question but but my speech gets lower and lower that's why I take speech therapy
