It could be on what's known as the Glory Train. Posts above a certain calibre are automatically tagged to all the relevant closed / private forums (eg. Medical) all around the globe and sometimes beyond, before we get to see them. Knowing the supreme quality of your posts, needless to say I'm not in the least bit surprised.
