Keeping our sense of humor is a real priority as we our monster.
That's why I don't watch the news & when I travel my cell is on airplane mode.If my home burns down, or my car blows up I don't care it's all insured. If someone dies while I am on a trip, I am not Jesus.
Sounds a tad self centered I know. Having parkinson's & learning about it has in many ways changed me.
I feel as though I am in a race & I'll be the winner.
Mmmmm wonder what my prize 🤔 will be.

Yikes! Your poor foot. I'm finding that "yoga toes" help me. They are silicone toe spreaders. The only thing is getting them in place...not easy. After 30 minutes of wearing those, my feet feel much better. The weird things we do!

It's tough to give up some of your favorite things, isn't it Les. Dancing has never been a thing with me or my hubby, but I miss mountain biking. I'm hoping to get back to some mild trails.
I do find myself timing my activity around peak pills. So far the pills are doing their job
