I have been experiencing frequent crying spells for seemingly no reason. Anyone else deal with this?
My husband has had this, too. I was thinking maybe the Gabapentin he takes for pain? Also, he has been dealing with Parkinson's for 12 years already (and likely over 10 years before that). In some ways, the crying is good. It's a release.
Many without parkinsonism get crying spells too.
What if you were giving a speech on the health benefits of crying ? Just asking π π
No harm in crying unless you are giving speech or teaching a class.
I sometimes get teary for overwelming emotionally moving reasons. They can be joyful or sad.
