I believe my nauseous and vertigo comes from my medication. I asked my Dr if I can take half of what was prescribed and he said yes. That’s when my vertigo and flu, like this symptoms subsided.

I have hypotension due to the Parkinsons and the meds. I also don't drink enough water. So along with the hypotension and dehydration it makes me feel terrible. I cannot function . So the neurologist put me on medication 3x day and the hypotension has resolved and I feel much better. I also am drinking more water

I think it's normal to place the blame on PD. Not because it is PD but rather because you never know from day to day how you're going to feel. And when I think of it the only thing that the neurologist does is they check you and increase your pills. As my mother used to say same old /same old.

I've been dealing with this for the last few weeks. I went to see my primary doctor on Friday. I was a little nauseous and headache with the low blood pressure. There's a GI bug going around and she feels like I may have it. We shall see. I think it is important to not get tunnel vision with Parkinson's. UTIs are notorious for causing confusion and low blood pressure. Dehydration or heart issues can cause low blood pressure too. I'm saying that because I have been guilty of blaming all my ailments on Parkinson's.
