I have seen magnesium, lavender oil, Ginger oil, frankincense oil, and taking b6 and b12 daily. Right now I take B complex. I see two that you're supposed to get carrier oils to use these oils to help. Do you apply all of them at once or as needed? How can you determine which are the best things to use at the time?
