I have seen magnesium, lavender oil, Ginger oil, frankincense oil, and taking b6 and b12 daily. Right now I take B complex. I see two that you're supposed to get carrier oils to use these oils to help. Do you apply all of them at once or as needed? How can you determine which are the best things to use at the time?

A link to my page.
I just posted about essential oils not too long ago.
It tells you what’s best for Parkinson and stiff muscles
You also don’t need to buy separate carrier oils.
You can buy them on Amazon.

Before starting any new supplements or treatments, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider, as some supplements can interact with medications or affect your symptoms. This is especially important with magnesium supplements, which need careful dosing and monitoring.

For magnesium specifically, your doctor should check your levels first to determine if supplementation is needed. Too much magnesium can be dangerous, particularly if you have kidney issues. Some MyParkinsonsTeam members have reported benefits from various supplements:
• Magnesium has helped some with muscle cramping
• B12 supplements have helped others with energy levels
• CBD oil has been mentioned for tremor management

However, it's important to note that most complementary treatments and supplements haven't been thoroughly studied in clinical trials. What works for one person may not work for another, and some supplements can cause dangerous interactions or worsen symptoms.
