Sleep is the hardest thing for me too, Parkinson's suck!
They feel to me like that really cold wind hitting you feeling, on you PD side .... my teeth, eye and chest even join in just like your freezing but not but I do feel chilly too no matter the climate ... it's very distracting, to the point of unable to really function or think till they go away ... they showed up a year ago occasionally but now seems every dose timeliness, I have to lay down till meds kick in!!! Sending you a shakey hug and pray for us!!!
I use the example of caffeine buzz all the time to explain internal tremors. You’re right on with that. But picture it on steroids going from shoulder to shoulder and down past my rib cage. Before being diagnosed with Parkinson’s, now MSA I kept telling my cardiologist something isn’t right. Even after he did every test and they were all negative I was sure it was my heart. But he was correct he told me my heart was strong and stable. It is annoying to say the least. Plus most people just don’t understand

I knew being ambidextrous would bite me in the butt.
If you were sitting on an extremely powerful vibrating seat, your head, arms, hands, and upper torso are shaking. When the power is down, it's usually undetectable to others but you feel it strongly. When the power is up, some people still do not notice, but you are so jittery that you want to jump out of your skin. Your neck hurts because it's turning left to right with the vibration. If one or more people are talking, or the environment is noisy, you want to run away from it all and the tremors in your body are on speed! When I go to bed, the tremors start decreasing and I don't think I'm still having tremors after I'm asleep because if I awake to go to the bathroom the tremors are absent. When I wake up in the morning, I usually have slight tremors but they go away as time goes on, unless it's going to be one of those awful days when I can't do anything but shake. On those days I just go back to bed and try to sleep to avoid the tremors. Too much information?? Do others experience this type of tremor pattern?
