Many community members related to the struggle of dry mouth, especially when anxious, and shared that carrying water at all times was the most common go-to solution. Several members recommended specific products that have helped, including Biotene toothpaste, mouthwash, spray, and lozenges, as well as Smart Mouth for dry mouth and MighTeaFlow lozenges, with some also finding relief from sugar-free candy, butterscotch drops, or Werther's hard candies. A recurring theme was that dry mouth can range from mildly uncomfortable to severely disruptive, and that finding the right combination of products often takes some trial and error.

Me too! It's so dry at times, I can not speak. I keep a steady supply of gum, mints and a tankard of water nearby
